The Cambridge House has a "no smoking" policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your reservation, please give as much notice as possible. There will be no charge if notice is given in a timely manner. If less than 24 hours notice and a loss of revenue from inability to re-book the room, there will be a charge to the credit card used to make the reservation.

We are not able to accommodate pets at this time.

Check In/Check Out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later - Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

AC & Heating

Central heat and air conditioning throughout the house controlled from one location. Wall heaters in the bathrooms, and ceiling fans in bedrooms for your individual comfort.

Meals & Cooking

Breakfast is the only meal served at The Cambridge House. There are local eateries and markets to provide your other needs. Limited use of kitchen facilities by guests including a microwave.

Electronic Entertainment

Free wireless internet for your notebook computer. We do not have a computer for customer use at this time. Free cable television in each room.

Ambience

Casual, small town rural, historic house in Mayberry setting. Family friendly, wholesome atmosphere feels, "just like staying at Grandma's house."

Security

The outside doors to the house will be locked at night when all the guests are accounted for. Bedrooms and bathrooms have privacy locks. All the rooms have working smoke detectors.

Handicap Access

This lodging is currently not accessible by wheel chairs or scooters.
